Due Dates – At this point due dates are merely suggestions. Students are allowed to turn in work after the due date and will not be penalized. I highly recommend students keep up with their assignments and follow the due date guidelines.

Kickbacks – I offer what I call kickbacks. Assignments will be posted over the weekend. If assignment A is due on Friday the students will have all week to complete assignment A and submit it to me. If a student submits assignment A to me prior to the due date (Friday) I will read through the assignment, provide feedback and comments, and kick the assignment back to the student to fix their mistakes. Students may take advantage of this procedure as many times as they want until the due date. This will allow students to earn an A on nearly all assignments.

NO Kickbacks – Kickbacks will not be available on Common Lit, tests, quizzes, and some essay assignments (these essay assignments will be identified in the directions). I will make sure to post on the assignment if kickbacks aren’t allowed.

Common Lit Assignments – The majority of Common Lit assignments will not have kickbacks. Students should assume at all times that Common Lit assignments will not be kick backed.

Power School – I will update Power School on Fridays. I will begin updating first thing in the morning. Assignments that have not been turned in by 8 AM Friday morning will be entered in the gradebook as a zero and labeled missing. When students submit their work this will be updated.
